Performance of the band Zhadan i Sobaki

The Saturday performance of the band ZHADAN I SOBAKI which presented a punk-rock rendition of the poems and lyrics by Serhiy Zhadan pleased not only the Ukrainian community. The costs of the concert, as well as the Ukrainian presentation at the festival, were covered by the PPF Foundation. All proceeds from the concert, i.e. CZK 248,000, were donated to the Kharkiv volunteer battalion of Chartija. Serhiy Zhadan received the symbolic check at the end of the concert from Jana Tomas Sedláčková from the PPF Foundation and Radovan Auer, ­Director of the fair.
